- Client Responsibilities

- Payments and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the completed estimate.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal etc.
Refunds are only considered if a material, demonstrable error is reported within 7 days of delivery. Each request will be reviewed in good faith. Minor variations or interpretation differences are not grounds for a refund.
- Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously.
All project data, plans, drawings, and related communications are treated as strictly private and confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except when required by law.
If desired, we will sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
- Intellectual Property
